This is a polish recipe from my mother in law. It is vey easy and quick. Try it. (I found the photo on the internet but it looks exactly like this)

You will need

250gr butter soft
2 glasses of flour
6tbs sugar
2 egg yolks
1 kgr apples
1/4 tsp baking powder
3tbs confectioner’s sugar
2tbs cinnamon

Grate the apples and add 4tbs of the sugar. Mix the butter with egg yolks and add the flour and the baking powder. It will be a soft dough but don’t worry because it will thicken later in the refrigerator when the butter cold. Wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Divide it in 1 1/2 and 1/2. Put each piece between two plastic wraps and roll them to the size of your pan. Butter and flour your pan. Put the big piece on the bottom of the pan making sure that the sides are covered with dough. Stir the apples and sprinkle them with the rest of the sugar. Put the other piece of the dough on top and seal well. Bake for almost an hour. Mix the confectioner’s sugar with the cinnamon and through a sieve sprinkle on top.
